Returns and refunds

30-day returns. You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. This is on top of your legal 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, which you can use without giving a reason.

Condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with all tags attached. Try things on the way you would in a shop.

How to return. Contact us with your order number and the items you want to return. We send you the return instructions and the return address. Return shipping costs are for the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item — then we cover it.

Refund. Once we receive and check the return, we refund the full item price to your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping costs are refunded when you return the complete order.

Exchanges. Need a different size? Return the item and place a new order — that is the fastest way to get the right size.

Pre-orders. A pre-order can be cancelled free of charge at any time before it ships; we refund you in full. After delivery the normal 30-day return period applies.

Faulty items. If something is wrong with your item, contact us and we sort it out — repair, replacement or a full refund, your choice, at no cost to you.
