Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All orders ship from the Netherlands.

Free shipping on orders over €100. For orders under €100 the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Destinations. We currently ship to the Netherlands and other EU countries. Available destinations and delivery times are shown at checkout.

Pre-orders. Items marked PRE-ORDER are made to order. You are charged when you place the order and we ship within 6 weeks. You receive an email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, everything ships together when the pre-order is ready.

In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days.

Tracking. Every order is sent with track & trace. You receive the tracking link by email the moment it ships.

Returns

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. This is on top of your legal 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with tags attached.
• Contact us with your order number and we send you the return instructions.
• Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
• Return shipping costs are for the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Exchanges. Need another size? Return the item and place a new order — that is the fastest way to get the right size.

Pre-orders can be cancelled free of charge at any time before they ship. After delivery the normal 30-day return period applies.
